With more than 25 years of experience in the electric transmission industry, Peter Grossmann has held various management positions in engineering, R&D, manufacturing, business development and customer services. As Senior Member of IEEE he is the Vice Chair of the IEEE PES K0 Gas-Insulated Substation Subcommittee and he is also active at the Cigré B3 Substation Committee.

Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of technical and leadership experience in engineering design, asset management, power generation, electrical and gas transmission and distribution, civil infrastructure, and heavy construction.

Predrag has more then 30 years of experience in High Voltage Substations managing EPC projects, engineering and testing and commissioning. He and his team started introducing new 3D intelligent solutions into T&D industry in last ten years.

Zoran Nesovanovic has 20 + years of experience in the transmission and distribution power business. Among others he worked in different management functions leading multimillion $ projects delivered by multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed project teams. His broad understanding of the transmission and distribution grid requirements of electrical utilities is underlined by his capabilities in network developments and power system planning and studies. Zoran Nesovanovic is Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).

Jose is a senior executive highly experience in providing operational, assets management, construction, engineering and project management services in the Renewables, Transmission and Distribution areas to industrials, IOU, Munis, COOPs, and renewables developers. Jose joined RCM’s Energy Services group in 2022 as the General Manager for our Puerto Rico and LATAM Office.
