Trends will be identified, and variances from the base plan will be identified in time so that corrective actions can be implemented and to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget. Cost and Schedule performance indicators will be used.
RCM works with the client to understand the key performance metrics for a project and defines reporting requirements based on measuring and monitoring what matters to ensure the success of the project for both the client and RCM performance.
