The Background: The US military awarded a major OEM with a contract to provide a next-generation rotary aircraft.  The chosen company had a requirement to deliver a full Organizational-Level Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) using S1000D 4.02

The Background: Thermal Kinetics was selected to provide design, engineering, equipment and commissioning services for the Granges Aluminum Rolling Mill Hot Oil Scrubber and Recovery System.

The Background: Thermal Kinetics partnered with SYNPET Technologies to provide design, engineering, equipment and commissioning services for a renewable fuels large scale pilot plant.

The Background: The production design proved unsatisfactory in field. Probe had too much flexibility and possibly could interfere with the main rotor, thus creating a catastrophic event.

The Background: RCM Energy Services was selected to provide design, engineering, testing and commissioning services for the Nalcor Lower Churchill Project (LCP).

The Background: For a Station in Columbus, Ohio, a leading utility wanted to create a new ring bus for feeding the three 138/13.8 kV transformers for the 13.8 kV station. 

RCM has been involved in several large projects that include HVDC design, such as the Nalcor Lower Churchill Project in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The purpose of this project was to provide engineering and design services to a leading utility client for the upgrading of their 345KV yard, 138KV and 69KV yard at their Substation located in Texas. 

For a client in the Midwest, our scope of work included the addition of two (2) new 138kV bus tie circuit breakers to split the 138kV main buses into four busses. We also replaced five (5) existing 138kV breakers with new Siemens 138kV circuit breakers.

Located on the eastern shore of Lake Huron in Ontario, Canada, RCM provided the required technical support to one of Canada’s largest power generating sites.

Committed to providing clean and efficient energy, coupled with the devastating effects of Super Storm Sandy in 2012, a leading utility undertook replacing Unitsat one of their New Jersey facilities. 

In its role with an American Fortune 100 Energy Company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, RCM has been continuously involved in a wide variety of nuclear and fossil projects for many of their generating stations.

A leading fuel cell manufacturer, headquartered in Connecticut, signed Power Purchase Agreements with multiple Northeastern United States Waste Water Treatment Plants, Manufacturing Facilities, and Education Systems. 

An American multinational financial services corporation and a property developer contracted RCM to act as Owner’s Technical Representatives to implement a 320 kW Solar Array Power System at their NY Campus. 

RCM Engineering Buffalo, NY office is assisting a North American industrial gas supplier with a multi-phased electrical infrastructure upgrade for an aging facility. 

In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, RCM Technologies assisted a Houston, TX area Industrial Plant that was heavily impacted. 

The Background: Thermal Kinetics was selected to provide design, engineering, equipment and commissioning services for the Granges Aluminum Rolling Mill Hot Oil Scrubber and Recovery System.

The Background: Thermal Kinetics was selected to employ their patented Distillation, Dehydration and Evaporation (DDE) patented technology for the Calgren Renewable Fuels Project.
